The Marker 4Motion 10.0 binding is included with a din range from 3-10 and is fully adjustable to a wide range of boot sizes 270-370mm.
Marker 4Motion 10.0 Bindings Included. The Marker 4Motion 10.0 bindings come standard on this ski and you really couldn't ask for a better binding. It is adjustable once mounted to the ski from 270-370mm and has a DIN range that goes from 3-10. Marker's have been a household name in the binding world for years and years, and they have only gotten better! This skier is pushing the limits of the intermediate badge, and getting off trail and figuring out how to get comfortable at higher speeds through variable terrain. This is an excellent ski for East Coast skiers that ski aggressively on the hardpack while still getting off trail a bit. West Coast skiers: this is a carving ski that should only be brought out when the powder is gone and its time to rip the groomers. The speed at which an intermediate skier travels, Moderate means they like to ski faster than beginners, but are never the fastest skiers on a run. At this speed, these skiers are passing most of the others on blue square runs, and keeping up with most skiers on black diamond runs. The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability. Each model may have it's own density level to help define flex and maximum speed but every wood core ski will be solid. The topsheet of this ski drapes over the edge to form a clean and rounded finish to the side of the ski. This style of construction adds some torsional rigidity, and helps reduce topsheet chipping when the skis hit each other. Ideal for repelling wear and tear on the skis surface. Textured ski surfaces (aka snakeskin topsheet) are rough surfaces to the ski that hide or repel scratches keep your skis look new long after they are not.
Originally designed for rental skis for obvious reasons, this surface is now available on a wide variety of retail skis as well since everyone likes their skis to look nice. This refers to the early rising of the tip to get the ski on top of the soft snow, rather than pushing through it. When the skis are held with the bases together, it will look like the tips are bent, and spread away from eachother. Tip rocker also helps skiers pivot the skis, making tight trees remarkably easy, and gives the ski a surf-like feel.
